Absolutely Wonderful Service. Thanks to Tyler and Xavier (I apologize if his name is spelled wrong). I’m in an apartment that had extremely heavy dust daily for 2 years. Some other company came in 2019, they were in and out quicker than it took T. and X. to set up. They were so informative, so professional, so polite, and sincerely friendly. They went above and beyond. They did an excellent job cleaning the ducts, cleaning up afterwards. Explaining to me what they were doing, showed me the before and after pics. Giving tips and telling their professional recommendations they would give to the apartment office to ensure keeping the dust out. I was so impressed with them and their service performance. I highly recommend Planet Duct to anyone who wants the best of the best service and people. They finished a little while ago and I couldn’t wait to get this review out. Could not be happier with the service we received! We chose Planet Duct based off the information we received from our inquiry. The time they have spent to create informative videos was very helpful for first time home buyers like us. We requested a quote on Thursday and had a time scheduled for that Sunday. The two young gentlemen who came to our house were prompt, professional and walked us through what they were doing throughout the process. I can't believe there was a dead mouse and beer bottles in our ducts! Very happy with this company, highly recommend and will use again!

Tyler and his team, Ben and "G", were awesome. They took great care to protect the interior of our home as they worked. They explained their services well, answered questions I had as they progressed in their work, and did a very thorough job.
